To preserve the purity and integrity of every piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been confirmed. Please review product details and measurements carefully before purchasing. By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be processed. Returned items must remain unused, unburned, and in original condition — free from scent, stains, or wear, and accompanied by all original packaging and tags.
